Marketing for retail & e-commerce.

WooCommerce, Shopify, and custom stores — built, maintained, and marketed.

Stores we build, host, and keep selling.

Alongside our service-business work, we build and maintain e-commerce stores — primarily WooCommerce, where ownership and flexibility beat platform rent. Our store clients range from specialty retail to wholesale distribution — live examples include greenglides.com and pembertonstore.com — and several have been with us across multiple generations of their store.

The unglamorous parts are where stores are won: pages that load fast, checkout that never breaks on an update, hosting that survives a traffic spike, and product data organized so customers find things. We handle all of it, including the 2am security patches you never hear about.

We also build the complicated pricing setups most agencies bounce off — role-based wholesale pricing, per-customer price lists, B2B ordering flows. If your store sells differently to different buyers, that is a solved problem here.

What we build for stores

  • WooCommerce builds, rebuilds, and rescues
  • Wholesale and per-customer pricing models
  • Managed hosting with performance and security handled
  • Product SEO: categories, schema, and content that ranks
  • Store integrations: payment, shipping, email flows
  • Ongoing maintenance so updates never break checkout

What we see on most small-business stores

We have rebuilt stores off page builders, rescued ones that broke on an update, and kept others running across several generations. The problems repeat.

  • A page-builder theme carrying a store. Drag-and-drop builders add megabytes to every product page. The store feels slow on a phone, checkout is fragile, and every plugin update is a gamble.
  • Products with no SEO. Category pages with no copy, product titles copied from the supplier, no schema. The store exists online but is invisible in search.
  • One price for every buyer. Wholesale, trade, and retail customers paying the same price — or a spreadsheet and a phone call standing in for a B2B ordering flow.
  • Hosting chosen by price. The $8 plan that falls over on the first promotion, with no staging site and no backups anyone has tested.
  • Nobody owns maintenance. Updates skipped because the last one broke checkout; security patches months behind; the owner finding out from a customer.

The first 90 days

  1. Weeks 1–2: audit. Performance and security grade, plugin and theme inventory, hosting review, and a read of what the store actually sells and to whom.
  2. Weeks 2–6: stabilize or rebuild. Either the store is made fast and safe where it stands — hosting, caching, plugin cleanup, backups, staging — or it is rebuilt on a custom theme with every product, price, and order carried across.
  3. Weeks 5–10: pricing models and product SEO. Wholesale and per-customer pricing where the business needs it; category copy, product titles, and schema that let the catalog rank.
  4. Weeks 8–13: keep it selling. Managed updates on a staging site first, monitoring, and the marketing that fits the store — search, shopping ads, or email flows — measured against orders, not traffic.

Frequently asked questions

Do you build online stores or just market them?

Both. We build and maintain WooCommerce stores today — including wholesale pricing models and custom checkout flows — and run the SEO and advertising that bring buyers to them.

Can you handle wholesale or B2B pricing?

Yes — role-based and per-customer wholesale pricing is something we have implemented for active clients. If your store sells differently to different buyers, we can build it.

My store is slow and hard to update. Can you fix it?

Usually, yes. Store rescues — performance, security, hosting migrations, and admin cleanup — are common first projects that build trust before bigger marketing work.
