Marketing for auto detailing.
Shops and mobile detailers — bookings driven by search, photos, and reviews.
Detailing is sold with photos. Everything else is supporting cast.
No trade we serve is more visual. A swirl-free black paint shot or a before-and-after of a trashed interior does more selling than any paragraph — so we build detailing sites as showcases first, with the booking path wrapped around the proof.
The local search side still decides who gets found: an active Google Business Profile loaded with your work, reviews arriving steadily, and rankings across your service area — which matters double for mobile detailers, where "near me" means the customer's driveway, not your shop.
And because the money in detailing has moved up-market, we build dedicated pages for ceramic coating, paint correction, and PPF. Those buyers do research before spending four figures; the specialist content wins them before a price is ever discussed.
What we build for detailers
- Photo-forward websites that put your best work in front
- Map-pack visibility for shops and service-area setups alike
- High-ticket service pages: coatings, correction, PPF
- Review flow that turns happy clients into visible proof
- Booking and quote flows built for phones
- Content pipeline that publishes your job photos on schedule
What we see on most detailing websites
Detailers have the best raw material in home services and tend to waste it. These are the misses we fix first — we built a detailing brand from the ground up, so none of this is theoretical.
- Instagram is the portfolio and the website is an afterthought. Instagram does not rank in Google and does not take bookings. The best twenty photos belong on the site, compressed for phones, with a booking button next to them.
- Packages with no prices. "Contact for pricing" on a detail package loses the customer comparing three shops at 10 pm. Starting prices and clear tiers win the booking.
- Ceramic coating buried under "services." The highest-ticket work is a research purchase. It needs its own page that answers "is it worth it," "how long does it last," and "what does it cost," before a competitor's page does.
- Mobile detailers with no service area. "Near me" for a mobile detailer means the customer's driveway. The cities you drive to need to be named and the profile configured as a service-area business.
- No way to book without a phone call. Detailing is an appointment business. A booking flow that works on a phone turns the late-night browser into a Saturday slot.
The first 90 days
- Weeks 1–2: audit and baseline. Rankings across your service area, a profile audit, a website grade, and a photo inventory of your best work.
- Weeks 2–5: the profile and the photos. The Google Business Profile is completed and loaded with your work, configured correctly for a shop or a mobile service area, and review requests run after every detail.
- Weeks 4–10: the showcase and the high-ticket pages. A photo-first site with priced packages and a booking flow, plus dedicated pages for ceramic coating, paint correction, and PPF.
- Weeks 8–13: measure. Booking and call tracking by channel, booked values recorded, posts publishing your job photos on a schedule, and ads only where the data says they pay.

Frequently asked questions
What makes detailing marketing different?
It is the most visual trade we serve. Before-and-after photos do the selling; the website and profile exist to showcase them and make booking effortless.
I'm mobile-only with no shop. Can I still rank?
Yes — service-area businesses can absolutely win the map pack. It takes a properly configured profile, city-targeted content, and steady reviews. We have built exactly this.
Can you help me sell higher-ticket services like ceramic coating?
Yes. Dedicated pages for coatings, paint correction, and PPF attract the buyers doing research, and the content positions you as the specialist worth the price.
